TUA correspondence course started under the Social Education Law as TUA Agricultural Transcripts of Lectures: Agriculture Course were sanctioned by the Ministry of Education in 1959. As the correspondence division of TUA was founded in 1964, TUAP was reorganized into divisions of Investigation and Publication.
